Research interests: Zooarchaeology, Palaeolithic Archaeology, Upper Palaeolithic
My main research interests center on paleolithic zooarchaeology, with a primary focus on hunter-gatherer behavior, their subsistence strategies, and hunting and prey exploitation practices based on faunal remains. Within my doctoral research I am analyzing animal remains from Aurignacian layers of Šalitrena pećina and my research aims to understand hunter-gatherer activities and settlement patterns during the Early Upper Palaeolithic.
